504 bond sale which took place in January 2005:

Loans Over $150,000 Note Rate: 4.93% Effective Rate: 6.15%
Loans Under $150,000 Note Rate: 4.93% Effective Rate: 6.61%

 

 

The following 10-Year Term Rate reflects the

504 bond sale which took place in January 2005:

Loans Over $150,000 Note Rate: 4.39% Effective Rate: 5.86%
Loans Over $150,000 Note Rate: 4.39% Effective Rate: 6.32%
*10 Year bonds are sold every other month
