504 Debenture (Bond) Sale Dates

504 Loan Debentures are priced and sold once every month. 20-Year Debentures fund monthly, and 10-Year Debentures fund every other month. Sale dates highlighted in gray include 10-Year Debenture sales. Debenture rates are set at the time of the sale.

A note for our participating lenders and borrowers: In order for Utah CDC to process a loan for funding, final loan closing information must be provided to Utah CDC approximately six weeks prior to the bond sale date. Please contact the Utah CDC directly for more specific information regarding loan submission and sale dates.
